Info about customers who attempted to, or succeeded in ripping online sellers off. These scammers initiated charge backs/bank disputes, and this way tried to essentially steal seller money after receiving the final digital product. All informations on this page refer to true and double checked incidents! |

• 12/2007. - Stanley E Kennedy, co@rightbiz.com, purchased php script and received it, but started to claim that script he received is different from demo script. Since this is not true, seller were unable to do anything, and he opened dispute with payment processor he used, but failed. |
• 11/2007. - Joanne Martell, jfmartell@stpeterscable.com, purchased php script and received it, had problems with simple installation instructions and seller suggested her to read FAQ page because there are some usefull tips. Otherwise seller would have to charge her for installation. She declined the possibility to read FAQ page or to pay for installation service and opened dispute with payment processor she used, but dispute failed. |
• 10/2007. - Ivor Mitchell and Kelvin Daly, kelvindaly@gmail.com, purchased php script and received it, had problems with server where his domain is hosted settings and seller notified customer about that, but he started to harras seller that script is not as described on script description page and opened dispute with Paypal! Kelvin also tried to explain that he is expirienced programmer, but on request to provide his references he opened dispute! Uneducated scammer! |

• 09/2007. - Johnd Gassjr, bfiresafe@yahoo.com, 301, Columbia, USA, purchased php script and received script download info, but started to harras seller and opened dispute with Paypal where he claimed that he did not received download info for script. |
• 09/2007. - Rodney Goodall, referfive@yahoo.com, Auckland, New Zealand, purchased php script and received script, but started to harras seller with script unlocking. We tried to tell him three times where unlocking is explained, but he did not want to listen. Instead he left negative feedback at Ebay and opened dispute for refundation. This man is a pure waste of time! |
• 09/2007. - Mike Russen, russens@iol.ie, purchased php script and received script, but started to harras seller with "What To Fu** Going On" language when it came to unlock key. Customer did not followed very simple and easy instructions on how to obtain script unlock key but started to be very aggressive at the same time! We contacted customer and asked him to watch for language and then seller provided all possible solutions for his "problem". Instead of contacting seller back, customer opened dispute and lied about the reason for opening it! Further on, this pathetic person will start to post lies about you or your bussiness around the Internet, so sad! |

Received both script and installation, but started to ask some questions about how script will work etc... Since seller do not offer free support (which is clearly stated on almost all pages on site) seller asked customer to purchase support, but he refused that and opened disputes for both script purchase and installation service purchase and lied in disputes about the reasons for opening! |
• 08/2007. - Cevdet Aysay - Surfersteam Media, Armagan sok.aksoy sit. d12, Istanbul, Turkey, cevays@gmail.com and cevay@superonline.com, purchased php script and installation service for script. Provided 5 times either incomplete or incorrect hosting data, and seller tried every time to login to his hosting account but never reached what is needed - so after every login attempt seller were forced to contact him again and again... Sixth time he told seller that he purchased new hosting account, but not a word where! So seller asked where! But he opened claim for script he purchased and another claim for installation service! FIRST CLASS SCAMMER!!! |
• 04/2007. - Christoph Scherhag, Bertrange, Luxembourg, dr@locafroid.lu and dr@locafroid.lu, purchased cgi script, but did not filled the form after the purchase. Then he opened dispute at 2CheckOut about "he did not received what he purchased". Seller explanation: first thing that is bad is to open dispute/claim without trying to contact seller first, and second thing is opening a dispute because of the error that is not connected to seller. But customer was keep to act arrogant. After he filled correct data in form after the purchase, seller asked customer to close the dispute and then script will be send out! Customer declined that! |
• 03/2007. - Jay Bloesinger, Brunswick, OHIO, USA, jaybloesinger@hotmail.com, purchased php script, installed it and received required unlock key. A month later he sent an email to seller in which he stated that seller hacked his site. No explanation where, how, why, anything... Seller asked him to explain whats going on, but customer refused to do that and continued to harras seller with false accusations... After that customer posted messages/threads on some places that seller is hacker, but did not posted the proof because he do not have it! Further on, Jay Bloesinger continues to send threates and obscene harrasment emails to seller from time to time. |
