Scammers who attempted to, or succeeded in ripping online sellers off. They initiated chargebacks/bank disputes, and this way tried to essentially steal seller money! Informations on this page refer to true double checked incidents! |

• 01/2010. - Tracey Bernard, tbab_263@hotmail.com and tamber@eastlink.ca, 71 bayfiels st charlottetown, PE, C1A2G5, Canada; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it and then initiated chargeback process via credit card he used for purchase. No contact to the seller or anything. And chargeback suceeded. Beware of this CROOK! |
• 01/2010. - Elisabeth Eisenbarth, eisenbarth@stiekelkamp.de, SchwarzerWeg6 Stiekelkamperfe, GA, 26835, Germany; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it and then initiated chargeback process via her credit card. No contact to the seller or anything. And chargeback suceeded. Beware, she is a CROOK! |
• 01/2010. - Riaz Ahmad, 786@wdg.no, United Kingdom; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it but did not installed it, and then instead of acting as normal human being and contacting seller, customer opens dispute with payment gateway he used. Of course that he lied about problem description and did not posted emails he was sending to seller, because he did not sent a single one! Unfortunately he received his money back which makes him a genuine thief! BEWARE! This customer have serious mental issues and will steal your money! |
• 09/2009. - Leonard Wass, ehwass@newezone.com and mrlen76@gmail.com, 15-323 Burleigh St Paradise Grove Burleigh Heads, Brisbane, Australia; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it but did not installed it correct due to problems with his server settings, and then instead of acting as normal human being and contacting seller with problem description, customer wrote entire book email with bunch of false insinuations, lies and aggressive harrasment acts. Seller decided to answer to his first email in timely manner and polite. But this not helped much. Customer again sends email with aggressive content and lies. Then seller suggest to customer to start to act like a normal human being and communication will be re-established. After that customer opens dispute with payment gateway he used. Of course that he lied about problem description and did not posted emails he was sending to seller, he posted only sellers emails! Unfortunately he received his money back which makes him a genuine thief! BEWARE! This customer have serious mental issues and will steal your money! |
• 09/2009. - Ajay K Goel, ajaygoelk@gmail.com, 1236 Near N.T.C.School Rajpura Town Rajpura, India; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it but did not installed it correct, then started harrasment thru payment processor dispute department with posting lies abot item he purchased (item do not work, have bugs and similar nonsenses). Seller responded two times with instructions what to do and what are options, but customer lied once again to dispute center that he did not received any response. Seller responded directly in dispute center and response was there both for customer and dispute center staff. Unfortunately dispute center decided to refund this purchase without explanation! BEWARE OF THIS CROOK! |
• 08/2009. - John Albert Legaspi, jobby_1234@yahoo.com and a_wmp@yahoo.com; purchased software (digital item), downloaded it but did not installed it. Instead of contacting seller, customer opened claim with payment gateway he used claiming that script is useless. Seller asked customer several times to provide any proof that this is true (url where problem can be seen for example), which customer did not done. Payment gateway supported customer in this harrasment and at the end customer stolen sellers money! BEWARE! THIS IS GENUINE SCAMMER!!! |
• 08/2009. - Cristian Mammini, Via giulietti 5E ghezzano pisa, Lucca, Italy, billing@il-milionario.eu; purchased script installation service, few hours after the purchase contacted seller, and two hours later started to harras seller thru payment gateway he used dispute center. He send 4 messages thru dispute center that was all responded by seller, but customer simply decided to communicate thru dispute center and to get his money back no matter what. Beware, he will make you as an online seller to look bad by communicating thru dispute center and at the end he will get his money back and make transaction/purchase a one huge waste of time. |
• 07/2009. - Rajesh Panda, India, conceptman@gmail.com; sells instructions on how to gain unlimited Google adwords vouchers, he do that mostly on http://forums.digitalpoint.com (yes, digitalpoint.com supports scammers)! After customer purchase lessons for $400 or $500, Rajesh Panda scam you by providing 2 software items that are limited time sharewares (he promises that there is no further costs involved before you purchase package), and only one (3rd) software works fully. Beyond that, this scammer do not provide any instructions on how to use softwares, but before you purchase package, he promioses that full instructions are included! And finally, he offers full money refund if you are not satisfied with the service, but you will never get it! Beware of this genuine liar crook! |
• 06/2009. - Eva Deakne Nemeth, Mariahegy 37/a, Kecskemet, Hungary, dhshungary@gmail.com; purchased php script and hired third party installation. Unfortunately she hired an amateur who do not know what he is doing, but he blamed problem on script without providing any proof. Then customer tried to force free installation from seller, but this was not possible since seller do not do free installations. After that customer opened claim with payment gateway she used, and posted same lies how script do not work, but again did not provided any proof. Beware of this genuine liar and scammer! |
• 05/2009. - Christopher Dionne, p.o. box 2095, Apple Valley, California, USA, admin@captainhits.com and captainhitspro@gmail.com and mrsurfer101@gmail.com; purchased two php scripts and two installation services, and 24 hours after the purchase mess started. Dozens of emails sent to seller, did not provided payment receipt copies when requested which caused delay in installation service. Instead of acting like a normal human being, started to harrass and insult seller. After that started to send threaths to seller also. Then opened claims for purchases he made and faked text in email that seller were sending to customer. Added swears and rood objections seller never typed in emails to trig refundations! Managed to get refundations with LIES! Beware of this genuine liar and scammer! |
• 04/2009. - Josh Mcvey, Worthington, Ohio, USA, myspaceseller@gmail.com; purchased php script, and 24 hours after the purchase opened claim about seller was rude. Unfortunately, he never provided proof for his claims (yes, this is because he do not have the proof for his claims), but made problems to seller because his account with merchant was temporary suspended during investigation. BEWARE- Josh Mcvey is a very dangerous thief from Ohio - can put your bussiness in jeopardy without obvius reason and without explanation!!! |

B, South Pasadena, CA, 91030, USA, Joakim@eteq.com, support@eteq.com, joakim@freelance-outsource.com and joakim_hansson@yahoo.com; instead of explaining another case of online thief and terrorist, just read one of the several emails this "customer" sent to seller: I am gonna do all I can to torture you and everybody in your fuckin so called world wide corporation you asshole fuckin lier ,you shithead MF from Croatia woahhh....so scary little kid you are.....whats your fuckin phone nr so I can make this execution quick...you might as well give it to me cauese I'll finde it..promise...whats your host nr in the US btw? Customer purchase installation, seller contacts customer and asks for usual hosting account and ftp access informations. Customer refuses to provide this info despite that she purchased installation!!! Seller notifies customer that in this case installation cant be done and customer automatically leaves Negative!!! feedback at Ebay for something that she did not purchased at Ebay (installation service is purchased on third party site, not at Ebay!) and opens claims for both payments - script and installation service! Very Uneducated And Rood Thief! |

After seller explained that script works exactly as described and as it works in demo script, customer opened dispute at payment processor used for purchase... Beware of this uneducated thief! |
• 05/2008. - Joseph Hartoonian, joseph1359@yahoo.com, purchased php script, and few hours after the purchase opened claim about non receipt. Seller notified customer that download of purchased item is automatic and that according to logs customer downloaded script. But customer opened claim because of non receipt of script unlocking information. Since this information is delivered within 24 hours from unlock key request execution, not purchase time, seller explained this to customer and here is customers' respond: "don't worry there are 1000 000 of people out there who loves cracking scripts". Beware, Joseph Hartoonian is a scam artist and hacker! |
• 04/2008. - Max Pecchioli, Prato, Italy, max.pecchioli@alice.it, purchased php script with installation. Seller notified customer that server where he have domain hosted have serious problems and sent specification to customer. Instead of resolving server problems with hosting provider, customer opened claims for both script and installation service. Which makes him thief! |
• 04/2008. - Paul Drobny, Davis, California, USA, Drobny@bestscriptvn.biz, few months after purchase initiates credit card chargebacks without contacting seller or asking anything at all, and this way steals sellers money! Beware of this crook! |
• 02/2008. - Michael Rogers, mrogerssalem@aol.com, owner of the site cobrascripts.com is a scammer and thief that purchases php scripts all around the Internet and then resell them without purchased resell rights! He conduct piracy! BEWARE! |
• 02/2008. - Soubite Frederic, info@netkom.com, purchased php script and failed the installation, but started harras seller that script have bugs, that script do not work, that he do not want to pay for installation etc...Then he opened dispute where he lied about reson... and after that came back, purchased one more script and done same thing all over again!!! Double Scammer!!! And finally he wen to decode sellers protection despite this is prohibited! WARNING - Soubite Frederic is a hacker also!!! |

Tried to install script on server that was not handling php files correct and because of that script was unacessible thru browser. We explained that several times in several different ways, but she opened 2 disputes, bot for script and installation. She failed! SCAM!!! |

Almost immidiatelly opened claim that he never received installation, and then opened claim for script also, where he claimed that seller sold him pirated script?!?! BEWARE! SCAM ARTIST! |
• 01/2008. - Rodney Rollins, Glenwood, IL 60425, USA, rodneyvrollins@hotmail.com and hot_cashbooks@yahoo.com, purchased php script with installation. It took him 4 days to provide correct data for hosting account. Hosting account was with register globals turned off, and seller notified him to contact hosting provider to turn it on. This is the moment when he started his scam rampage. Reported to payment processor he used that he never received what he purchased! |
• 01/2008. - Haakon Mauland from Norway, videokid84@netcom.no, purchased php script and received it, but started to claim that script he received missing some files!?!? Which is absolute lie. All customers receiving scripts via automated download system and this way all receive the same script. Haakon opened dispute where he lied again about reason - incomplete scipt, and unfortunately he managed to steal money. Warning! |
